The Lyndonville Area Foundation (LAF) provides funds for charitable, civic, educational and recreational activities, organizations and projects within and around the Village of Lyndonville and the Town of Yates.
The Foundation does not provide any funds to individuals nor do we provide funds in the form of venture capital to business start-ups or any profit-seeking private enterprises.
Every grant application is reviewed by the Foundation’s Grants Committee and those deemed appropriate for consideration are put before the Board for final consideration. Any organization within the geographical coverage area (which may also include greater Orleans County) is welcome to submit an application for any amount as often as they like. The Foundation provides grants or donations deemed appropriate based on merit only and does not favor or discriminate against any organization based on religion, political affiliation, race or gender.
